Program terms

  • Anyone can join. Qualifying signed recurring clients advance your reward level: referrals 1–5 earn $100 each, 6–10 earn $150 each, and 11 onward earn $200 each. Each reward is payable after the homeowner completes their first month of service.
  • At 20 qualifying signed recurring clients, earn $50 per month for every referred maintenance account still active after its first month, including earlier referrals. Proactive confirms active accounts each month.
  • Current Proactive clients receive maintenance credit. Other partners (friends, creators, businesses) can choose account credit or cash by Zelle, ACH or check. Earlier referrals keep their original tier amount. Previously unpaid rewards are recalculated under these tiers; paid rewards stay unchanged.
  • The homeowner must be new to Proactive (not a current client) and must not have been referred by someone else first.
  • One-time repairs or a $299 diagnostic alone do not qualify.
  • No cost or obligation. Proactive may change or end the program with notice.
  • Cash rewards are paid monthly. Cash partners provide a W-9, and cash rewards of $600 or more in a year get a 1099.
